John Clarke Senior Living’s 50 affordable apartments feature a living room, bedroom, full bath and all-electric kitchens.  Most apartments have one bedroom.

Recreation

A Program Coordinator is on staff for 20 hours per week. Special programs, activities, and trips are scheduled according to tenants’ particular interests. A Recreation Calendar is prepared each month listing all activities and scheduled times. Residents are invited to attend any and all activities they wish. The Program Coordinator provides transportation to shopping via our handicapped-accessible van. Stops of interest include the post office, banks, pharmacies, and the grocery store.

Meals

Our delicious meals are served in the Center Dining Room, next to the Nursing Center Main Dining Room. Tenants may also have a tray delivered to their apartments for a nominal fee.

Other Features

A game room, library, exercise area, two laundry rooms and screened porch are available for the tenants’ use.

NOTES:

1. Choices of optional services may be changed at any time.

2. Total monthly charges are billed by the first of each month with payment due at the Business Office by the fifth. Checks may be made to The John Clarke Senior Living.

3. A deposit of a sum equal to one month’s rent is required at the time of entry. This deposit will be held in an escrow account to be returned to you upon departure (less the cost of significant repair to the apartment).

4. The John Clarke Senior Living provides heat and hot water, basic cable and internet service. The tenant pays for electricity.

5. Pets – John Clarke Senior Living does not permit pets.  However, emotional support and service animals are permitted with physician documentation.
